HAILEY DUNKLE
Hailey is the owner of Evolve Esthetics and has been an esthetician since July 2016 where she graduated from Cosmetology Education Center in Tulsa, OK. Hailey is specialized in body sugaring and is a certified Master Sugarist with Alexandria Professional Body Sugaring and a Certified Laser Technician with Viora Sinclair Medical. She also performs HydraFacials, MicroNeedling, and other skin treatments.

COREY CHAMNESS, DO
Corey is Evolve’s Medical Director and is a board-certified Doctor in Family Medicine. She studied at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Residency at Oklahoma State University. Corey is specialized in Botox and Filler Injections, PDO threads, and Semaglutide Shots.

Megan has been a Licensed Esthetician since July of 2016 and she graduated from Cosmetology Education Center. She specializes in Eyebrow Wax/Tint, Brow Laminations, Spa Facials, Acne Facials, and is also a Qualified Body Sugarist with Alexandria Professional. Megan has been with Evolve since September of 2017.

CARROLL
Kasey specializes in Lash Extensions, Lash Lift and Tints, but also performs specific facials at Evolve such as Dermaplanes. She graduated from Cosmetology Education Center July 2016 and has been with Evolve since February 2018.

HALEY RADEBAUGH
Haley has been a licensed cosmetologist since December 2019 and specializes in Lash Extensions and Lash Lift and Tints. She is a certified Lash Artist in Mink’s Lash training offering classic, hybrid, and volume lashes. Haley also performs HydraFacials, Laser Hair Removal, and other skincare services.
ALYSSA ALGER, LPN
Alyssa is a Licensed Practical Nurse. She is certified in Botox and Filler, B12 Injections, and laser services at Evolve Esthetics and currently works part time at the studio.
KELSEY KRUCKEBERG, NP
Kelsey is Evolve’s Nurse Practitioner. She earned her bachelor's degree in nutrition at Oklahoma State University before pursuing a career in nursing. She studied nursing at the University of Oklahoma and earned her advanced degree at Maryville University. Kelsey is certified in injectables and specializes in neurotoxins (Botox/Xeomin), dermal fillers, and weight loss (semaglutide).
BRITTNEY MORGAN, RN-BSN
Brittney is a Registered Nurse of 9 years after graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in 2014. She is currently certified in Botox, B12 & Semaglutide injections, and blood draws. She currently works part time at Evolve and works as a school nurse in the Broken Arrow school district.
KASSIDY RINCK, RN
Kassidy graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2021. She specializes in Botox, Filler, B12, Semaglutide injections, and blood draws. Kassidy works part time at Evolve and also works as an RN at the Saint Francis Children’s hospital.
KARISTA PRAISWATER
Karista is a Medical Micropigmentologist. She earned her certificate in 2019 through the Oklahoma Department of Health. From there she has taken multiple continuing education courses to specialize in microblading and powder brows.
MARY KAT NELSON, PA-C
Mary Kat is a certified Physician Associate with her background education from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. She specializes in Neurotoxin, Fillers, Micro-Needling, and weight loss management.
AMANDA MCDANIEL
After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors Degree, Amanda attended and graduated the Sonography program at ATA College in 2020. Amanda works full time at St Francis hospital performing vascular ultrasounds during the day and scans babies at Evolve on the weekends and evenings during the week.
